Diocese of Wyoming

Logo Square

Our logo keeps the traditional Episcopal shield form, conveying a strong connection to The Episcopal Church. Within the shield, the updated cross, shared with the Foundation, anchors the design in unity and shared purpose.

The imagery reflects a Church that is rooted and grounded, faithful to its heritage while refreshed with contemporary design. The blue and gold tones remain symbols of sky and land, spirit and body, heaven and earth, the landscape of faith that defines our diocese, speaking to our commitment to stability, clarity, and strength within our tradition while continuing to evolve with grace and openness.

The Episcopal Church (TEC)

This symbol, which you will see at every Episcopal Church, is the official “logo” of The Episcopal Church (TEC), and represents our history.

The red Cross of St. George on a white field is symbolic of the Church of England. The blue field in the upper left corner is the Episcopal Church. It features a Cross of St. Andrew, in recognition of the fact that the first American bishop was consecrated in Scotland. This cross is made up of nine crosslets or mini crosses, which represent the nine dioceses that met in Philadelphia in 1789 to form the Protestant Episcopal Church of the U.S.A.

Each download contains the vector, PNG, reverse (knockout), horizontal and vertical versions of the logos. Please download and read the Visual Identity Guide before using logos. Please do not alter the logos in any way.
