Considering Gifts of Life Insurance

The gift of life insurance is especially possible for donors of modest means. Consider purchasing a new, whole-life policy making the Episcopal church, or your favorite Episcopal institution, both the owner and beneficiary. In this case premiums are deductible. Or consider changing the beneficiary of an existing, whole-life policy which you now find is no longer necessary for the original beneficiaries. Finally, consider making your Episcopal church a contingent beneficiary of an existing policy on which you plan to continue to pay.
